Device Replacement
If a device is broken beyond repair or stolen K-12 Tech will replace the device with an equal or greater condition device.
Claim Process
If you have a claim, please drop the device with your school’s technology department and we will be on-site every week to pick up and repair the devices.
Once they are repaired, they will be delivered back to the school’s technology department and distributed back to you.
